  6. USGA Rules of Golf - It is very important that all golfers have general rules knowledge of the game they play.  It is vitally important to understand basic procedures in order to avoid a disqualfication penalty.  VCJGA will hold several seminars on the USGA Rules of Golf.  Players age 12 and over are encouraged to register for: Golf 101 (Winter, Spring & Fall).  If deemed necessary, the VCJGA will require any player to attend a seminar.
