Each January, the VCJGA and FCG compete in a Ryder Cup style event. 

TEAM VCJGA will be made up of eight Championship Boys and four Championship Girls to comprise a team of 12 players.

The TEAM VCJGA selection period is from September to December 2018:

• The 2017 Player of the Year (Champ) earn an automatic spot.
• The next five boys; and two girls will be selected based upon Stroke Average from September to December 2017.
• Members must play in compete in a minimum of two (2) of these tournaments to be eligible.
• TEAM VCJGA is completed with Captains Picks* for two (2) boys and one (1) girl.

The TaylorMade Championship is the FINAL event included in the Stroke Average qualifying.

The VCJGA reserves the right to make changes to the qualifying process at any time.

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A TEAM ATTITUDE AND BE WILLING TO HONOR THE NORTH/SOUTH CUP SCHEDULE.
